Some of us have been in a chronic state of imbalance. What foods cause your nose to get stuffy? What foods give you gas? What foods cause your stomach to hurt and/or send you to the bathroom? What foods make you VERY sleepy after you eat them? Those are the foods that your body is sensitive to. If you keep on ingesting those foods in your body, you will never have balance. Eighty percent of our immune system resides in our stomach. If your stomach is reacting negatively to a food you are eating, you are causing damage to your immune system and your overall health.
