Monthly Cycle Hack

From when my monthly cycle first started, up to about 2 years ago they were HORRIBLE. Eating healthier, exercising and decreasing stress can lead to cycles where you don’t even have to take medication. Suffering is not necessary and should not be the norm. Take away one thing at a time. Start by taking away dairy, then decrease carbs, decrease the meat that you eat. Those 3 things can be hormone disruptors and can cause your body to be out of balance. Stop eating GMOs (genetically modified foods). For example, anything seedless (organic or not) is genetically modified. Grapes do not naturally come without seeds. Eat more peas, beans, fruits and vegetables. The closer you get to a healthy weight, the better you will feel and the less discomfort you will have with your cycles.
