Rest is Restorative

If I am eating right and exercising but not getting enough rest, my hormonal balance goes off. I can lose 2-3 pounds just by getting rest. All three have to be in balance, what we put in our bodies, the time we give our body to rest and rejuvenate and the external factors that we allow to affect us. If you are easily annoyed, tired all the time, have stomach issues and/or in chronic pain, you might need rest.
